About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing robust recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and retain top-tier talent in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet regional recruitment needs and drive the company’s growth objectives.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and build effective recruiting plans that align with business goals.
• Manage and oversee the full recruitment life cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Manage the TA team.
• Ensure compliance with local and regional regulations related to recruitment.
• Monitor and take action on Cost of Acquisition.
• Grow the Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring plan.
• Partner with HR and PR team members to identify and implement best practices in talent acquisition, employer branding, and candidate experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards.
• Develop and track key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure our talent acquisition strategies remain competitive and effective.
• Support executive search projects and initiatives in the region.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
Managing multiple team members in various locations.
Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and regulations in multiple regions.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make decisions and drive results
Fluency in English B2 or C1.
