About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a professional and articulate News Anchor to join their premier English-language news desk. The ideal candidate will be the face of their global news coverage, delivering authoritative, clear, and engaging broadcasts from their state-of-the-art studio in Moscow.
Requirements
Native English Speaker: Must possess native-level fluency with impeccable grammar and vocabulary.
Professional Broadcast Accent: A clear, internationally neutral accent is required. Acceptable standard accents include North American (U.S./Canadian), British (Received Pronunciation), or Australian (General).
Professional Experience: Minimum 1 year of on-air experience as a News Anchor, Presenter, or Senior Reporter for a recognized television news channel or a major professional YouTube/news digital channel. A professional demo reel is mandatory for application.
Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Moscow, Russia for this on-site position.
On-Air Profile: Professional appearance, confident camera presence, and the ability to perform under the pressure of live broadcasting.
Key Responsibilities:
Anchor live and pre-recorded news programs, bulletins, and special reports with credibility and poise.
Research, write, and edit broadcast scripts to the highest journalistic standards.
Conduct in-studio and remote interviews with guests and correspondents.
Work collaboratively with the news production team, including producers, directors, and editors.
Uphold strict editorial guidelines for accuracy, impartiality, and integrity.
