About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned HR Director to join our Human Resources team and lead HR initiatives across our operations in Colombia. This role is pivotal in shaping the company culture, attracting and retaining top talent, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s overall goals.

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of candidates.

  • Develop and administer competitive employee compensation and benefits programs in line with industry standards.

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, covering employment contracts, employee benefits, and workplace safety.

  • Establish and implement performance management systems to enhance productivity and employee engagement.

  • Lead training and development programs to improve employee skills and capabilities.

  • Contribute to various international projects and initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience in an HR Director or equivalent leadership position, ideally in Colombia or Latin America.

  • In-depth knowledge of Colombian labor laws and regulations.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels.

  • A track record of developing and executing HR strategies that support business objectives.

  • Experience in BPO/call-center talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and performance management.

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple priorities.

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

Short-Term Objectives (during trial period):

  • Gain an understanding of the company’s structure and operations in Colombia.

  • Conduct an audit of current HR processes and procedures.

  • Familiarize yourself with existing metrics and goals.

  • Hold strategic discussions with the CHRO, Global HR Director, and EVP of Call Centre Infrastructure to develop a vision for the HR strategy for 2024 and beyond.
