About the Role

We are looking for an HR Director to work Full Time from our client's office in Manila.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Running best-practice HR function matching Company’s aspirations and local market requirements.

  • Running employee engagement activities, connect programs, rewards, and recognition programs.

  • Acting as a trusted point-of-contact for all levels of employees to escalate and address their issues and concerns.

  • Consulting employees on labor-law andPOSH-related questions and issues.

  • Running orientation and onboarding processes aligned with market expectation and matching Company’s policies and standards.

  • Liaising with various departments for better business performance.

  • Providing insight into business priorities to Global HR Director.

  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals.

  • Evaluating training programs

  • Suggesting new HR strategies

  • Consulting with line management and providing daily HR guidance.

  • Introducing new policies / structures on a need basis. Driving and ensuring strict adherence HR policies by all managerial and non-managerial staff.

  • Maintaining HRIS.


Short-Term Goals:

  • To get familiar with the structure and workflow of the Company.

  • To get proficient with Company’s HRIS and internal analytical systems.

  • To get acquainted with existing reporting tools and metrics.

  • To get acquainted with existing Manila HR Strategy, audit files.

  • To hold strategic meetings with Global HR Director and GM to formulate a vision of HR strategy.
