About the Role
This is a full-time role for a Software Engineer/Computer Scientist. In this position you will integrate the R&D team in charge of developing the next generation HiFi flow simulation software system for Weather Forecast. As part of the numerical technology group, you will extend the core solver technology, will conduct research, analyze data, develop creative algorithms and innovative solutions to complex problems.

Extend client's new solver numericals and algorithmic towards Weather and Climate applications following client's roadmap
Program native GPU coding
Test and validate your new development on verification and well documented experiments
Participate in scientific conference in the field of NWP (Numerical Weather Prediction)
Write documentation and scientific paper

Skills Required:

Experience and strong background
Education: PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
